Firmfood, fresh-to-go meal delivery program can be customized by protein, vegetable, fruit, and seasoning dislikes. All menu items can be created to accomodate your needs. If you don't like it, we don't put it in your meals, bottom line. To customize, simply select your program, place your order, and your customization options will be emailed to you after you purchase your program. Shipping & Handling

​

Meals are packed with ice packs to keep the cooler at a regulated temperature until you are able to refrigerate, pick up on your way out the door, and fresh-to-go in the oven or microwave. Meals are shipped twice a week to your front-door via Fedex

Your menu will be sent via email. After receipt of, make your selection for Week 1 of your deliveries with multiple choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner, sides and snacks. When your meals arrive, they will be COLOR CODED to guide you in organizing your meals to be consumed on the appropriate day along with nutritional information for each of the meals. All Firmfood meal items are low sugar, low carb, and portion controlled, prepared without any additives or preservatives. Simply heat, eat and enjoy.

 

 

Stop & Re-Start

Firmfood, fresh-to-go meals gives you the freedom to stop and start your meal delivery program at any time with 72 hours notice. Firmfood customers often lead a busy lives, including travel and vacations. Wiith 7 days advance notice, we will be more than happy to accomodate your travel needs by rerouting your meal shipment. If you wish to pause it while out of town, simply let us know (72hours advace notice), and we will save your deliveries until you are ready to receive them when you return with Rollover days that never expire.
