A variety of fruits and vegetables lowers your risk of cancers

 

A diet filled with God's foods (plant foods), such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and beans will help you lower risk for many cancers. 

 

Evidence suggests that the synergy of compounds working together in the overall diet offers the strongest cancer protection.

 

Carrying excess body fat increases risk of seven cancers. Veggies and fruits, low in calories helps us to lose fat and maintain a healthy weight. Whole grains and beans are rich in fiber and moderate in calories, which 

helps in weight management efforts. AICR (American Institute of Cancer Research) recommends filling at least 2/3 of your plate with vegetables, fruit, whole grains and beans. Research on foods that fight cancer – and that may also aid in cancer survival – is ongoing and active.
